This gorgeous Victorian butterfly brooch is set with an array of glistening gemstones. The body is set with four graduated fiery opals, which display colours of blue, purple, green and red, with a natural sapphire that tops the stones. The wings are spread and set with charming little rose cuts with ruby and sapphire edges, with additional ruby set eyes. Featuring fine gold work for legs and antennae, it's crafted in 14k gold with silver settings. Comes complete with brooch and pendant fittings, remaining in great condition.
